I am the "third-generation" of Real Estate Professionals in the Baumholtz family.

I have been working full time in the appraisal industry since 1985, and have been State Certified (Pennsylvania) as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1991.

I also sell real estate as a Realtor with and have been licensed since 1986.

I have always prided myself in the quality of my reports and also my attention to the needs of the customer, specifically with regard to time-sensitivity.
